Zero Personal Information Collected: QuadraFlow is engineered as a local-first application. When you use QuadraFlow, you are not required to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details (such as your name, email address, phone number, or payment details).
Your Content & Tasks: All data created inside the app—including task titles, descriptions, quadrant allocations, completion states, and user preferences—is stored locally in an encrypted Room SQLite database on your device's internal storage. This data never leaves your device.
2. Device Permissions
QuadraFlow requests minimal permissions required exclusively for core app operation:
- No Network/Internet Permission Required: The core application does not require internet connectivity to organize and prioritize your tasks.
- No Location, Contacts, or Camera Access: QuadraFlow does not request or access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or media files.
3. Third-Party Services & Tracking
We do not integrate third-party advertising networks, analytics trackers, biometric data collectors, or tracking SDKs. We do not track your behavior across different apps or websites.
4. Data Storage and Security
Because all your data is stored locally on your device:
- You maintain 100% custody and control over your tasks and information.
- Your data is protected by your device's built-in operating system security (sandboxing, biometric locking, and device encryption).
- Uninstalling the app will remove the local application database from your device in accordance with standard Android OS policies.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
QuadraFlow does not address anyone under the age of 13, nor do we knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Since no personal data is collected from any user, our service is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Under applicable data protection laws (including the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and California CCPA/CPRA):
